How to Overcome Fatigue | my way

Hello,,, friends twists and turns of life and friends harapan muyacute
I always wishing you all will never bored with me muya devoteeshonesty or can be called muya cute hehehee
how about you in this day ????,,,
I hope you all always in good health,,, because the health is everything for us.
and to get healthful we must avoid fatigue ,,,, am I right???
now that become question is how did it??? but don't worry here I'll share a little about How to Overcome Fatigue | my way
I hope this can be useful though maybe this is not a wonderful way, because this is just my way and my thinking.



Certainly everyone feel what is called fatigue,,, and including myself.
may after doing the work or because another things, we will feel fatigue, this is will be very usual in life.
but it's all doesn't mean no other ways to manage it.
actually we can reduce the fatigue by our own ways !!! this is according my thinking.
ok at the bellow is How to overcome fatigue | my way
1 adequate rest
adequate rest this is the most important to reduce fatigue
2 adequate sleep at night
why should adequate sleep ??? yeah it's all because by lack of sleep at the night this is one of the causes fatigue.
3 don't too much of thinking
ok,,, this is about thinking, so try to always solve the problem fastly, so we not get new problems , because with a lots of problems, we can feel sad and certainly very tired to dealing all it.
4 eating nutritious foods
with we eating nutritious foods it's can make our bodies health and of course this is also reduce fatigue
5massage
woooww this is my favourite way, because besides reduce fatigue this is very comfortable


Do you know why I write about How to overcome fatigue | my way
it was all because before 2 days I'm feel very fatigue, then it's all make me very lazy to doing my activity.
now at least I feel a little good than before, because I do some of 5 ways that written at the above.
all of ways that I write it is only simple ways, because I'm very simple people ... hehehe
and course very easy to do it.
I guess only this can I write in this occasion. never forget successful greetings from me and thank you

    Nomor lima terahir saya suka tuh mbak,lagi kelelahan trus dipijit-pijit aaauuuww rasanya luarbiasa yah hyehehe

    " Tidur yang cukup "ini belum bisa nih,soalnya kalau malam sudah didepan laptop biasanya lupa waktu,begitu sadar sudah jam 02 dini hari,haeuhhhh susah nih yang inihhh hahaha

  4. I would love to be able to sleep again... it has been close to 6 months since I have had a full nights sleep... I go to bed in a dark and quite room and then sleep for 2 hours and wake up... go back to sleep and do the same thing over and over each night... Maybe a massage would help :)

  5. Selamat senja mbak Muya, lagi capek nih abis seharian di sekolahan.. Tapi paling gak tahan di pijat saya, biasanya mijit badan sendiri aja yang bisa di jangkau :)

    1. sama mbak saya paling gak kuat kalo dipijat makanya saya gak pernah dipijat tapi kalo dipijat sama istri sie mau hehhee...
      kalo dipijatnya sama tukang pijat suka pada sakit katanya :)

  17. Saya tidak pernah ngerasain tidur cukup mbak..
    Bayangin aja, ngeblog baru bisa dilakukan pada tengah malam. Setidaknya jam 3subuh baru selesai. Tdr dan jam 6 dah bangun. Hehehe

    kalau pijit saya anti di pijit. Bisa mati ke gelian saya kalau di pijit hahahahaha

  29. biasanya kalau saya merasa lelah, saya memilih untuk istirahat maksimal 1-2 jam. setelah itu ya kembali aktiftas lagi meski faktanya kurang baik untuk kesehatan.
