Don't you always maintain laziness

1. Doing sport
Doing sport can improve blood circulation.
If blood circulation smoothly we can be more healthy and spirit
Then the lazy feeling will go
2.Adequate rest
Adequate rest can avoid laziness, because with adequate rest we will not be sleepy.
Sleepiness is one of the causes of laziness
3.Thinking of benefit / avail

since the weather here is very cold
