Ingredients:
1 pound eel
1/2 cup oil
Seasoning:
6 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 scallion (cut into long pieces)
2 teaspoon
s salt
2tablespoons wine
procedure:
1. Cut the eel into long pieces, soak in the seasoning for 2 hours.
2. Fry the eel in 3 tablespoons of oil till it is done and turns golden brown.
